Welcome to the Main Street Village amenity reservation area. Residents may reserve an amenity for their own personal use by viewing availability on the calendar, and submitting a request to the leasing office. We ask that you please be aware of the following amenity reservation policies:

• Amenities may be reserved for five hours maximum per day.
• Residents may reserve a maximum of five amenities within 30 days of each other.
• A rental fee and a refundable security deposit is required for each reservation. Additional rental fees may apply. Click here for details.
• Rental fees must be received by the leasing office within 24 hours of your online request in order to guarantee your reservation. (All fees must be in the form of a check. Security deposits are held (without being cashed) until the amenity reservation area has been inspected by management.)
• Only the resident reserving the amenity will have access with their fob. (If applicable.)
