The fall season has arrived, and although this California weather may not reflect the change in the calendar seasons, we all know what the start of October means… pumpkins! Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin patches, pumpkin carving, pumpkin pie and really everything in between. And with Halloween quickly approaching, it’s time to head to the pumpkin farm, find the perfect pumpkin and get to carving! We’ve taken the hard part out of picking where to find all of this fall fun with a list of pumpkin patches near Main Street Village.

Pumpkin City Farm

Hosting one of Orange County’s largest harvest festivals, Pumpkin City Farm is a sure stop destination when you are looking to get into the spirit of the fall season! With everything from carnival rides to a petting zoo and pony corral, one of the major highlights is the fact that all of this fun comes with free admission. We all know getting the perfect pumpkin is the ultimate goal, however, we can probably all agree that getting the perfect pumpkin and a total harvest festival at a pumpkin farm is way better!

Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch

Train rides, hay rides, a bounce house and panning for gold are just a few things you can expect when you take a trip to the Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch! There’s no doubt about it, searching for a pumpkin at a railroad makes for a unique trip unlike most others. But it’s only fitting that the train ride at the patch takes riders through the historic Irvine Regional Park for a beautifully scenic ride! The perfect opportunity to rest your feet and take a break after walking around the park pumpkin picking. With something for everyone, we can guarantee the pumpkin patch at the Irvine Park Railroad offers activities and experiences that you won’t get at any ‘ol pumpkin patch.

The Pumpkin Corral

Pumpkins of all shapes and sizes surround you when you visit The Pumpkin Corral, making it easy to find just the right one and to move on to all of the other fun attractions they have at the patch! Have kids that would love a pony ride? The Pumpkin Corral has you covered. Corn mazes? They’ve got one! Corn beach and giant slide? Of course. There’s lots to do, so you’ll want to get there early enough to see and experience it all!

Now you’ve got pumpkin to think about as the fall season approaches and you start to wonder where you should head for the festivities!
